Matai ("the Service") is operated by Kauri Labs Limited, a company registered in New Zealand. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Matai provides AI-powered business analysis for New Zealand small and medium businesses. You provide business data and receive structured analysis, insights, and recommendations.
Data you submit is processed by AI models to produce analysis results. Your data is stored in our database for the purpose of providing the Service, including analysis history and skill improvement. We do not sell your data to third parties. You retain ownership of all data you submit.
Analysis results are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making business decisions based on the analysis. Kauri Labs Limited is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated analysis.
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis at the price displayed at checkout (currently $299 NZD/month). Subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You can cancel at any time. Billing is handled by Stripe. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.
You agree not to use the Service to process data that is unlawful, fraudulent, or belongs to others without their consent. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986), Kauri Labs Limited's liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via the email associated with your account.
